- Carolina Diaz is a Salvadoran Social Communicator who has consolidated her professional career in the area of Research. For more than 15 years she has accumulated experience in the design, execution and evaluation of social projects and in the development of research on socio-cultural, educational, strategic communication and market studies.
- Carolina has also collaborated with international NGOs and cooperation agencies in the systematization of experiences and good practices; case studies and success stories; participatory construction of situational diagnoses of rights and public policies with a rights-based approach.
- Carolina has promoted capacity building in public institutions, international NGOs, cooperation agencies, vulnerable communities and religious associations on issues related to the protection of children and adolescents, prevention of teenage pregnancy, female empowerment, positive masculinities free of violence, ethics and a rights-based approach.
