OBJECTIVE: Design and implement a Fundraising Campaign to create or increase the number of monthly Donors through the support of Campaign Leaders, by the Board, the Staff, Volunteers, and Friends of the organization.
PHASES AND PRODUCTS:
1. Identifying and Training of Campaign Leaders for the implementation of a Fundraising Campaign for Individual Donors, by Credit Card, through 3 strategies:
– Training of Campaign Leaders to raise funds with their Friends, as well as Professional and Personal Contacts
-Training of the Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers as a campaign leaders
-Design of the Promotional Material of the Campaign
-Identification of Potencial Donors
2. Implementation of the Fundraising Campaign, by montly donors, with the support of the Campaign Leaders.
